Tian Di Hui Club, 2008

2008,Tianjin

The inspiration comes from Wang Kaifang’s first trip to the Antarctica. Deeply touched by the beauty of the Antarcticiceberg, the dining areas in this club are divided into public dining area and private dining rooms with different themes such as “melting iceberg” and “melting iceberg”, paying tribute tothe beauty of the nature and to advocateenvironmental protection. Meanwhile, it alsoencourages the public to ponder how to make the environmental protection-oriented design result in as little environmental inefficiency as possible during the implementation process.

This design won the “Golden Bund” Award, Best Concept Designduring 2008 China International Building & Interior Design Festival.
